I'm writing this review to commend D'Orsis on the amazing wedding cake we ordered from them. We were extremely satisfied with the service and attention to detail they provided for us. After visiting other bakeries, We were really impressed with the amount of time the owner took out to help us create the perfect wedding cake for our special day. We were very pleased with the amount of compliments we received from all our guests on how delicious and beautiful the cake was. For the amount to work, effort, taste and quality they provided, the price was unbeatable. I would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone for any special events.

I needed to take the time out to commend this Bakery on such a BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS cake!!! It was my first time trying out the bakery and I must say, after over 10yrs of dealing with a different bakery, this is now my bakery of choice. The cake was nice and moist and it lasted for over a week. The night of the party, we left the cake out for hours into the next day and it STILL tasted great!!! Definitely 2 THUMBS UP ;-)

Stephan and staff at D'orsis, For many years we have gone to your bakery for every holiday and every family birthday and special occasion..So when Matthew proposed marriage to me, the first thought in my head was , let me go to D'orsis and order my cupcake tier!! Steve had me sit, he asked me my colors..(which ofcourse was pink and more pink) and he designed and hand painted, adding a string of pearls and a fountain of 200 amazing melt in your mouth moist cupcakes.He actually made the tier and didnt like it and made another one ! Our Beautiful cupcake tier was the MAIN attraction at our wedding reception,your work is magical, and our cupcake tier was made with PURE CLASS AND ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. I live in the DC area, but my mother hosted my bridal shower at her house in Sewaren. Obsessed with the cupcake craze here in DC, I knew there had to be something in Central Jersey. Luckily I found D'Orsi. The cupcakes are heavenly. I had three dozen (dulce de leche, red velvet, and reese's peanut butter) for the shower. My friends and family could not get enough...their facial expressions and their murmuring was enough-I knew they had loved the cupcakes as much as me! I have great pics of the event!

D"Osrsi's Bakery For the past couple years, my husband orders me a strawberry shortcake for my birthday. And every time D'Orsi make sure everything is just right. We pick up the birthday cake every Christmas Eve day and if there is a tiny problem with the cake THEY want to make it right even on their busiest day. That means a lot to me and my husband to have Bakery that cares about their customers. The cake this past year was so yummy, it was the best I've every had. Iwould like to have a standing order for the strawberry shortcake for next year With superb product and even better service that is the reason we travel from Hillsborough, NJ to come the BEST bakery I know.

I love all the products this Bakery makes. I lived in Perth Amboy, NJ since 1979 ever since my entire family buys their birthday cakes and any ocassion patries it is like going to heaven. I used to live in Carteret and went to your bakery for all occassions and everything was always delicious!! I guess I assumed there were good bakeries all over so when I moved to Monmouth County and had to find a new bakery I didn't think it would be hard....well I have never found another good one and I make special trips up to Port Reading whenever I need good bread or a birthday cake because noone else comes close!!! We'd like to thank you and your staff at D'orsi's Bakery for providing us with the most awesome Sweet 16 "Topsy Turvy" cake for Abbey's birthday party. It came out just like we'd imagine it would. The cake was a tremendous hit with all those who attended. The cake was so moist, the hot fudge center was perfect and the fondant layers just the right sweetness to complete the cake. I tasted your cake at a party given to someone at a bowling alley. I loved it! My son is receiving his confirmation this Tuesday and I wanted to order a cake for him. I dont know if you are open or have another location in New Jersey that I can get a cake from. I would only need a half a sheet cake. I realize its short notice and should have done this sooner. I ordered my wedding cake from D'Orsi's. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning and it tasted great! Unlike other bakeries I had visited that had high prices and little to no customer service, Steve at D'Orsi's took time to discuss cake design and flavors with me, even allowing me to request something a little unusual. I had the hardest time choosing because every flavor I tasted was delicious. So delicious that I decided to order a cake for the rehearsal dinner as well, with a special racecar design on top to surprise my fiance. This was probably one of the most enjoyable parts of planning my wedding and when I walked out the door, I knew I had nothing to worry about. The rehearsal dinner cake looked just like the picture I provided and was such a fun surprise. On my wedding day, the cake was delivered promptly and it looked amazing! My guests loved it and I was already looking forward to my first anniversary. D'Orsi's cakes are the best! :)
