| Dear Steve, We'd like to thank you and your staff at D'orsi's Bakery for providing us with the most awesome Sweet 16 "Topsy Turvy" cake for Abbey's birthday party. It came out just like we'd imagine it would. The cake was a tremendous hit with all those who attended. The cake was so moist, the hot fudge center was perfect and the fondant layers just the right sweetness to complete the cake. It had every detail we spoke about prior to it being made. The colors scheme was just beautiful. The cookies and custard cups were a big hit too! Thank you again for all your hard work. Please know that we will recommend your bakery to all of our friends and family for all their future baked good needs. Especially our friends who have their daughters Sweet 16's coming up this year. | I tasted your cake at a party given to someone at a bowling alley. I loved it! My son is receiving his confirmation this Tuesday and I wanted to order a cake for him. I dont know if you are open or have another location in New Jersey that I can get a cake from. I would only need a half a sheet cake. I realize its short notice and should have done this sooner. If it is to late or you are not open I will keep you in mind for our next celebration. |

| I ordered my wedding cake from D'Orsi's. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning and it tasted great! Unlike other bakeries I had visited that had high prices and little to no customer service, Steve at D'Orsi's took time to discuss cake design and flavors with me, even allowing me to request something a little unusual. I had the hardest time choosing because every flavor I tasted was delicious. So delicious that I decided to order a cake for the rehearsal dinner as well, with a special racecar design on top to surprise my fiance. This was probably one of the most enjoyable parts of planning my wedding and when I walked out the door, I knew I had nothing to worry about. The rehearsal dinner cake looked just like the picture I provided and was such a fun surprise. On my wedding day, the cake was delivered promptly and it looked amazing! My guests loved it and I was already looking forward to my first anniversary. D'Orsi's cakes are the best! :) |

| I am not from the area, but I do have family that lives near by. Whenever I am in the area I like to stop in and pick up some bread. There items are so delicious and the fact that they bake everything from scratch gives the items a wonderful taste. |

| When I have business conferences I always make it a point to buy all the breakfast pastries from D'Orsi's. Everyone enjoys them and they is never any left over. The prices are reasonable and the food is great. The employees in the store are always very welcoming and make it very easy to make orders. |
