D’orsi’s Bakery in Port Reading, New Jersey has been a quality Bakery

for more than 50 years. Mr. D’orsi founded the bakery selling superior

breads and breakfast items.

In 1970, Mark Onulak took over the bakery continuing the excellence of bread making while introducing quality cake and pastry product.

Steve Cianci, having worked a number of years with Mark. Steve lifted D’orsi’s to new heights. D’orsi’s is known for it’s careful pride,award winning decoration of

cakes and especially unique and  outstanding wedding cakes. If a customer can imagine their dream cake, D’orsi’s will make that dream come true.

D’orsi’s careful pride and decoration has been acknowledged by the Star Ledger and New York Times. From first rate wedding cakes to filling custom orders for Kenneth Cole, the editor of Cosmo says that D’orsi’s provides truly unique baked goods and satisfies a multitude of tastes and a number of cultures.  Moreover, Steve and D’orsi’s enjoy an extremely loyal local and environs following.
